Terms and Conditions

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing this website or booking a package through Manila East Travel & Tours, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this site or our services.
2. BOOKINGS AND PAYMENT
Bookings are confirmed only once full or agreed partial payment is received through our secure checkout (GCash, Maya, credit/debit card, or over-the-counter). Prices, inclusions, and slot availability shown on the site are accurate at the time of booking but may change without prior notice until a booking is confirmed.
3. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Cancellation and refund terms vary by package and travel partner (airline, hotel, tour operator) and will be communicated at the time of booking or upon request. Some bookings may be non-refundable or subject to cancellation fees imposed by third-party suppliers.
4. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Manila East Travel & Tours arranges travel services (flights, accommodations, tours, transportation) provided by independent third parties. We are not liable for the acts, errors, omissions, delays, or cancellations of these third-party suppliers, though we will assist in resolving issues where reasonably possible.
5. TRAVELER RESPONSIBILITIES
Travelers are responsible for ensuring they hold valid passports, visas, and any required travel documents, and for meeting health or entry requirements of their destination. We offer visa and passporting assistance as a separate service on request.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by law, Manila East Travel & Tours is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or participation in a booked trip, beyond the amount paid for the specific booking in question.
7. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
8. CONTACT
Questions about these terms can be sent through our website chat or Facebook Page.
This is starter template content and should be reviewed (ideally with a legal professional familiar with Philippine consumer and travel-industry regulations) before being relied on as your official Terms and Conditions.
